Account & Subscriptions
From registration and subscription access to changing devices and updating configuration. Subscription details are delivered through the user panel.
Do I need an email address to register for VPNLK?
No email address is required. You can register with a username and password. Avoid reusing your username on other websites, and store your password separately. After registration, open the user panel to choose a plan. If you later forget your login details, describe the account through the ticket area in the user panel so support can verify and assist you.
Where can I find my subscription link after purchase?
Log in to the user panel and open the client download area to get the client for your platform and access the subscription import option. Your subscription link is an account credential and should not be posted in public groups, screenshots or shared documents. Marketing pages do not provide direct links to static installers or real subscription addresses; these are delivered through the user panel.
How do I update my subscription link?
Find your current subscription in the client, then choose Update, Refresh or Download configuration again; the exact wording varies by client. Disconnect temporarily before updating, then select a route again when the update is complete. If the list still has not changed, delete the old subscription and import it again from the user panel. If you suspect the link has been exposed, stop sharing it and submit a ticket for assistance.
Do I need to purchase again after changing devices?
You do not need to purchase again when changing devices. VPNLK supports unlimited simultaneous devices. On the new device, log in to the user panel and open the client download area to get the client and subscription entry for that platform. When you stop using the old device, remove its saved subscription configuration, especially before handing it to someone else or restoring the system.
Connections & Troubleshooting
Connection failures usually involve the local network, system permissions, client configuration or target-app rules. Checking these in order is the most effective approach.
Which operating systems does VPNLK support?
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Each system handles network extensions, background activity and proxy permissions differently, so follow its prompts to grant the required permissions after importing a subscription. Get the client from the user panel after logging in, rather than applying another platform's setup steps directly to the current device.
How do I start connecting after importing a subscription?
First confirm that the client displays the route list successfully. Then choose a route near the target service's region and start the connection. If the system asks for network extension or proxy permission, confirm it through the device's settings flow. After connecting, open a regular webpage to verify the network before opening the target app. If it fails, update the subscription first, then switch routes and test again.
Why can my browser access the internet while a particular app cannot use the proxy?
A common cause is that the client is using rule mode and the app's requests do not match a proxy rule. The system may also be restricting the client's background network access. Switch temporarily to a more comprehensive proxy mode for comparison, then check app routing, the system network extension and background activity settings. After making changes, fully quit the target app and reopen it to test.
The client says it is connected, but webpages still will not load. What should I do?
Disconnect first and confirm that the local network can access webpages normally. Then return to the client, update the subscription, switch to another route and reconnect. If only a specific website fails, test a route in a different target region. If there is still no improvement, record the platform, the message shown in the client, the selected region and the reproduction steps, then submit them through a ticket.
Speed & Routes
Route performance depends on the local network, cross-border paths and the target service. Keep test conditions consistent, then compare routes to identify the cause more easily.
How should I troubleshoot slowdowns during peak hours?
First rule out a weak local Wi-Fi signal, background downloads and system updates using the network. Then update the subscription and switch to another route in the same region. For sustained transfers or video, compare IEPL dedicated routes with relay routes first. If the target service allows it, try a closer region. Do not repeatedly reconnect to the same route, or it will be difficult to identify the cause.
How should I choose a route region?
For regular webpages, start with a region near your current location to reduce cross-region transit. For Streaming or AI Tools that apply regional availability rules, choose an exit region supported by the target service and keep the region consistent during login, verification and ongoing use whenever possible. Frequent region changes may trigger the target service's own security checks; this is separate from whether your subscription is valid.
Why do actual speeds vary between routes?
Real-world performance is affected by the local carrier, wireless quality, cross-border paths, the target website's load and the route type. The same route name does not guarantee identical performance in every network environment. For troubleshooting, keep the same device and target service, compare regions or route types one at a time, and disable background downloads so device usage is not mistaken for a route problem.
How extensive is the route coverage?
VPNLK provides 120+ countries / 180+ routes. The available options shown in the client change with subscription updates, so refresh the route list before use. Coverage provides more regional and path choices, but does not mean every target website follows the same access rules in every region. When regional restrictions occur, adjust the exit location according to the target service's requirements.
Billing & Refunds
Monthly subscriptions and traffic packages use different traffic rules. Confirm the type, price and payment entry point before submitting an order.
Which monthly subscription plans are available?
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and a mid-cycle upgrade charges the difference based on the remaining days. Choose according to your typical web browsing, video and file-transfer needs instead of comparing total traffic alone without considering your usage period and reset date.
Do traffic packages expire?
Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They follow a different billing model from monthly subscriptions that reset on the activation date, making them better suited to irregular usage and consumption-based planning. Check the selected type on the plan page before purchasing so you do not confuse a traffic package with a monthly subscription.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Open the plans area in the user panel and confirm your selection to see the available payment entry points. Do not create the same order more than once during payment. If the page status does not update promptly, return to the order area to check the result, then submit the order page details through a ticket. Do not display payment records publicly.
How do I request a refund?
VPNLK offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, log in to the user panel, open the ticket area, describe the relevant order and refund request, and retain the necessary information from the order page for verification. After submitting, track progress in the same ticket instead of creating duplicate requests. The refund policy page defines the full scope of the refund rules.
